I love this photograph, to begin with it's definitely unique. The most striking thing is the air bubbles around the bottom of the light bulb, the screw thread. The bubbles surrounding the light bulb is attractive as well, and I love how the glass of the light bulb refracts the bubbles as well as the area behind the camera. The focal point is of course the light bulbs themselves, and this has been done really well since no other area of the image takes away the eyes attraction to the light bulbs, the background is dark, which is what allows the bulbs to take the focal point for themselves. The best thing about this image has to be the air bubbles and how the light bulbs are just next to each other suspended in motion. The colour version is just as equally good, whilst this version enhances the existing contrast.
Great image. Fav'd.
